911 centers facing staff shortages, outdated tech, other issues
A recent survey shows emergency call center workers are facing high call volumes, outdated technologies and insufficient support. The National Emergency Number Association found over 80% of call centers face staffing shortages. Charles Cullen, president of the association, joined CBS News to discuss the issues.
