Liberty has unveiled its Christmas 2026 campaign, introducing a new Gifting Curator service alongside a series of festive experiences across its London flagship.
The campaign, titled ‘The Christmas Chronicles’, follows the rituals of the festive season, from preparing for Christmas and travelling home to gathering with family and friends.

The campaign is brought to life across Liberty’s windows, store, film and digital channels, with each chapter focusing on a different part of the season. These include ‘The Great Preparation’, ‘The Get Ready Ritual’, ‘The Journey’, ‘The Gathering’, ‘The Pause’ and ‘…And So to Bed’, with gifting running throughout.

For the first time, Liberty is introducing a dedicated Gifting Curator service, offering customers one-to-one appointments with members of its team. The bookable service will draw on expertise from across the store to help customers find gifts tailored to individual tastes.

The retailer has also created a new Christmas Curator space, featuring a dedicated gift-wrapping pop-up from Roxy Wraps, alongside festive gifting installations throughout the store.
Lydia King, Managing Director of Retail at Liberty, said: “Christmas at Liberty has always been about the pleasure of discovery. There is something very special about finding a gift that feels completely right for someone, particularly when it’s something they may never have thought to choose for themselves.”
She added: “This year we wanted to celebrate the whole ritual of gifting, from that first moment of discovery to the beautiful parcel that finally makes its way beneath the tree.”
Meanwhile, Diptyque has transformed Liberty’s Atrium into an ‘Enchanted Forest’, running from 5 November 2026 to 3 January 2027.

Created in collaboration with wood artist Jean-Simon Roch, the installation centres on a five-metre wooden pine tree inspired by his hand-turned sculptures. Wrapped in a red Diptyque scarf and surrounded by oversized baubles, it forms part of the fragrance house’s 2026 holiday collection. The installation also highlights a relationship between the two businesses dating back to the 1960s, when two of Diptyque’s founders designed fabrics and wallpapers for Liberty.
The campaign comes as Liberty continues to develop its own design and product offer. In a recent interview with TheIndustry.fashion, the retailer’s new Head of Design, Sinead O’Brien, discussed how she plans to draw on the store’s archive and distinctive prints to develop its fashion collections.
