HURR and Sky launch rental edit featuring Sienna Miller’s on-screen looks from legal drama ‘War’

Rental platform HURR has partnered with Sky and NOW to let customers rent on-screen looks from the new legal drama War, alongside a wider edit inspired by the show’s aesthetic.

The rental edit includes costume pieces by designers such as Zimmermann, Christian Dior, Chloé and Stella McCartney, all of which were worn on-screen by the series’ cast, which includes Sienna Miller. She plays the international film star Carla Duval, who faces a dramatic legal battle as she divorces her on-screen husband, played by Dominic West.

Alongside pieces from the stars’ on-screen wardrobe, HURR curated a selection of designer pieces inspired by the series’ world of luxury London and statement power dressing, which will also be available to customers.

Lucy Johnston, Marketing Director, Entertainment & Originals, Sky & NOW, said: “The style of WAR is every bit as compelling as the drama itself, so we’re delighted to be partnering with HURR to translate that world into a wearable collection.

“At Sky, we’re always looking for creative ways to extend our stories beyond the screen, and this partnership not only captures the show’s distinctive luxury London aesthetic, but also offers unprecedented access to original pieces from the series’ wardrobe.”

Lauren Roberts, CEO of HURR, said: “We’re thrilled to partner with Sky on an edit that brings the statement power dressing of War to the HURR community.

“For the first time ever, fans will be able to rent the actual pieces worn on screen by the cast of War, alongside an edit inspired by the series. We love being able to bring together fashion and culture in a way that feels exciting, accessible and, most importantly, fun!”

The series premiered on 2 October, with new episodes out every Friday.

It comes after the founder and former CEO of rental fashion platform HURR, Victoria Prew, announced that she was stepping away from the business in April, sharing that she was instead focusing on her next venture, which has so far remained undefined.
