The British Fashion Council is partnering with Westfield for a new programme of events coinciding with London Fashion Week, including immersive listening rooms, designer retail pop-ups and live events featuring celebrated British designers Tolu Coker, Priya Ahluwalia and Charles Jeffrey.
The event programme, ‘Westfield Days: The Sound of Style’, will take place from 11 to 20 September, with its final four days overlapping with London Fashion Week (17 to 21 September).
Across Westfield London, Westfield Stratford City and the newly launched Westfield St James Quarter, each designer will present their own personal stories as part of immersive sound installations, exclusive shopping experiences and curated event series.
“Bringing together Tolu Coker, Priya Ahluwalia and Charles Jeffrey across our three UK destinations creates a programme unlike anything we’ve done before. It’s also the perfect way to celebrate the launch of Westfield St James Quarter and bring all three Westfield destinations together through one shared cultural moment,” said Ciara Solmi, Director of Marketing & Communications, Northern Europe at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield.
“Through fashion, music and culture, we’re creating experiences that offer a unique perspective on the creativity shaping British fashion today.”

Laura Weir, Chief Executive of the British Fashion Council, highlighted how the event series reflects the British Fashion Council’s new strategy to recognise and celebrate communities and perspectives from across the UK.
“Fashion Britain is about decentralising fashion, bringing creativity directly to local communities and opening up new ways for people to connect with design and creativity,” Weir said.Â
Central to the programme are the listening rooms, which were created exclusively for Westfield and feature curated soundscapes, personal archives, creative references and exclusive content for shoppers to explore.
Visitors will also have the opportunity to buy exclusive collections curated by the designers and attend intimate talks, live performances and special events across all three destinations. Further details and special guest announcements are due to be revealed in the coming weeks.

At Westfield London, Coker will present a selection of ready-to-wear, accessories and signature pieces, while Ahluwalia will showcase a six-station audio experience and original soundtrack created with Grammy-nominated composer Tom Tripp at Westfield Stratford.
In Scotland’s newly opened Westfield St James Quarter, Charles Jeffrey will launch a punk flea market, featuring archival pieces.
Tolu Coker commented that for her, presenting her interpretation in Westfield feels “incredibly personal because West London is where so much of my inspiration comes from.”
Priya Ahluwalia added that she was “particularly excited for visitors to discover the original soundtrack we’ve created to accompany the installation.”
Charles Jeffrey noted that music had always been “inseparable from the way I create” and that he was “delighted to have the opportunity to create something that feels immersive, playful and open to everyone.”
